Whats the story behind this?

It was when the Cronulla riots was on, we organised a cruise for a fellow member who died and the cops turned up and searched all our cars for weapons and I asked the cop to handcuff me but he said no cause he thought I was going to use the pic against him.
The cop actually suggested I could sit in the back of the car and thats when eveyone starting laughing at me and taking pics.
