I know I'm being soft, but apart from my car having no front brake pads I don't trust it making it all the way to winton and back

I'm keen to get the car out though!

Round up some pads and come down. If it turns to shit I'm happy to help out with a tow back to the big smoke.

I've just got stock brackes tricky ricky! I've got some hawk pads on their way from the states but who knows how long they will take...

and Glen, i really appreciate your kind offer! I would hope it doesn't come to that though  we'll see how I'm travelling. The other problem I now face is that my front wheels no longer fit because of the bump steer correctors I have fitted haha. Might have to take them out. :-k

Ben.....weak as piss! Haha! Id be confident in the car making it there and back. Maybe no brakes on the way back though! It seems like a long way but it really isn't. You city boys just aren't used to travelling anywhere :p

I'll be there sat morning! With the fc and beemer. Fc is dark grey, light grey Volks on it. No kit pwr cooler. Come say g'day! E4000 should be there with his 323 13b pp to.

haha, It's not the distance that's stopping me! it's the fact I'm stuck at work while all the places I need to go to are open.

Yeah sometimes things just don't work out. Plenty of other days to goto. Bac sprints (Sunday!) FFCC sprints, Tampered Motorsport days, or even open practice most fridays for around $100.

yeh I'm keen to have a go at winton so I'd say I'll be attending something there sooner than later.

It's my fault for leaving it to the last minute  I'm pretty good at doing that.

Had a really fun day despite smashing a gearbox. 3rd gear is kaput, box is noisy as. Bugger but not to worried though.

Shane (E4000) had a good run in his 323 13bpp.

Nice to meet some of the other Mazda boys about. The run where all 3 323's were on track and together was great to watch. Well done fellas!

Now I gotta pinch a box off Shane for Wakefield 6hr next weekend!

had an awsome day was great to meet some mazda boys there,
great race when all the 323s were running as one stage
i thought oh no here comes a black flag hahahahahah
as we were giving the cars a bit of a thrashing,
was a great duel with shanes 323 as a lot of trafic
slowed us down but still dicing around them i think was more fun than
any thing.

oh well philip island here we come.
