Next time I'll just make it a casual invite a week or two out - probably do the same route - loved the fact that there was no traffic. Unless someone else wants to organise something else...

Haha isszy, I was surprised the Capella done that well and had just given it a good wrap then 10 minutes later it was hot lol
I'll be more than keen for a cruise anytime, once I get my next Mazda ;)
Even a cruise down my way, meet in st kilda and cruise down to portsea, or st kilda to geelong or something
I'd be more than happy to meet in st kilda and cruise down my way or anywhere really
If you like snitzels or souvlakis the fish and chip shop in my town cooks up a storm and we can then head down the back way to rosebud through all the twisty stuff in flinders and cape shank then through to portsea

It was all good fun chasing the rotaries down hills. If only the poor little 998cc donk had the pull up the hills. Here's the only pic I took. It's funny that the 2 cars that run out of brakes had discs while mine is still running its origional shoes front and rear from 1968 and still pulled up alright(ish). That's aspestos for you. I'll see you for a claim in 30 years or so James Hardie...

I'll be going for a drive on sunday the 15th of April.
I think i'll make it a Walhalla run for those who have not been - there is a pub at the top so we can make a lunch meal out of it!
Need to take advantage of the weather before it goes to the crappers!

Map:
http://g.co/maps/s7ggd

Those who need to be home early can peel off and head down the highway back home.

All cars welcome, no car snobbery here - just a good time!

Meet Time: 9:00 AM at Yarra Junction
For those who don't live out in the sticks, we can meet at 7:45 AM at the Nunawading Maccas. I will wait until 8 and then leave - please PM me for my number if you don't have it!

Looks like the weather gods are looking up on us:

Sunday
Mostly sunny
Min: 15°C Max: 27°C
UV: Moderate
