I also bought off tempe and found them very good to deal with, the package arrived well packed and protected, balanced and ready to bolt on. The wheels and tyre packages aren't much more than just buying tyres. I will deal with them again.

I have dealt with these guys on quite a few occaisions, mostly because I used to live about 5 mins drive from there.

Their service is good, however if you have different ideas to theirs it goes downhill fast. Like most tyre shops they have preferred brands which they most probably import themselves and make a killing on compared to sourcing stuff locally.

They were determined to sell me kuhmos for my RX3 and I was just as determined not to buy them. After that they pitched the Falken RT615s which didnt come in the sizes I wanted, so they tried to convince me to change tyre sizes and use something that wasnt ideal which I refused to consider. So they half heartedly looked at a few other options and it all got too hard in the end, So I went direct to Simmons to get the wheels and Im sourcing the tyres elsewhere.

In short, they will be my first stop when I want to buy wheels and tyres for my GTiR because Im not fussy about that, but I wont be buying tyres from there for the RX3.

the guy i delt with asked if i bought them there he said they looked good and don't worry bout it and just charged me
for the tyres and gave me the nuts and balanced the wheels for free i didn't even ask ledgends !!
another time i rung up and asked for 195 & they didn't stock them and wernt so keen to help out but hay still great to deal with

Went to get new rims on my mazda (will not mention vehicle as it will give it away to them).

After discussing rims they advised 20" would fit on my car.

I made it very clear to them that I did not want to have any rubbing issues and the guy said I wouldnt. I told them if there was any possibility of rubbing to go for a smaller size.

I waited 2 hours and the car was ready. When I got into the car and started to drive off I could hear rubbing like no tomorrow. Around the corner it felt like I was going to rip the tyre off.

I drove straight back and told them I was not happy and demanded a smaller size. The guy then started to talk crap and blamed me for driving away. I told him how was it my fault??

He said he would change the size of the tyre and roll the guards. The drop kick then rolled the guard and chipped the paint and I got the shits with him and told him this was disgusting. I was told to shut up and it was all my fault. We had a verbal argument and they then started to threaten me with violence.

I left Tempe with cracked paint, tyres that still rub and told it was my fault and to shut up.

Disgusted and I always advise everyone to go elsewhere.

Un educated retards resorting to violence when they stuff up and dont wanna do anything to fix their stuff ups. Of course I will be upset if you crack paint and dont change the rim size on my request for their stuff ups.

Complete shocking experience.

I didn't have an issue with Tempe, but then I haven't driven with my rims on yet lol but if I had an experience like the one mentioned above, in any shop.. I'd be coming back for some free rims and money to fix the paint. Aren't tech9 in Perth? They seem pretty good

That's fucked.. With an attitude like that I'd love to see them try.. The shop would be in ashes by the next morning with a brand new set of rims on my car
