Heya there PSI100!!

Yeah his nick is NATZR100 on here :D
His prices are pretty good for the work he does :D

I would PERSONALLY charge $100 for a front cover, a tad more if its a TA45 or bigger OR its off a truck, those castings suck to make them dead flat.... For that price i remove all marking and make them dead flat.

Heres one i prepared earlier!! :D
I was asked not to polish or remove the block section so a plate could be rivited or stuck there at a later date, so i didnt miss it, i was asked not to do it!!

Mark :)

sorry to get you to do online quotes Mark, but

How about grinding flat and polishing S4/5 inlet manifolds, top and bottom sections.......so they look exactly like HELYEA, the 808 wagon from NZ in the latest FF mag????

just curious, because i love the way his are completely smooth with no raised section or bolt holes on top or anything.....Just curious, cos I am getting my box of bits together for polishing and very well may send them down to you!

Thanks
Michael

Heya there Michael!!

I can do exactly the same as HELYEA no problems. I have done a few now, one of which the drilled holes were below the top surface of the casting, i had to get some welding done to plug up the holes then file it smooth, either way i can do them no problem. I dont just polish, i can modify anything to look like it was never cast originally OR get something added to a part that looks like its always been there.

I tell all my customers, i can do anything you can dream up, aslong as your willing to pay the dollars its worth, anything is possible!! I have modified MANY parts, smooth plenums are easy compared to some of the stuff i have done in the past :D
I thought i had a pic of one i did not so long ago, but i cant seem to find it :(

Have a good one!!

Mark :D

FOUND THAT PIC!! CLICK here for a small pic of how it turned out, this one had to be welded, so its not 110%, but it shows ya that i can do it!!
