I just used e-go.com.au recently after a tip from one of my work mates and I couldn't believe how cheap their freight rates are. From now on I'll always use them.

Just used pack n send mittagong for a large delivery on a pallet. very happy with their service and communication!

still use e-go for smaller stuff and stuff that doesn't need packing. but pack n send do a good packaging job although they cost more.

Wondering if any of you guy's can help me out? I currently live in Texas and I am having a hard time finding front brake rotors for my 73 RX-2 Coupe in the US. If anyone knows where I can get a set of new rotors, or even possibly close to new ones, I'd be much appreciated. Thing is, I'm trying to keep the wheel's I have installed on the car.

E-GO SUCK DOGS BALLS!

ive used them before becoz they were the cheapest.
they were ok.
but just recently i have had 2 engines sent on pallets.
i was lured by the low price.. never again.

They have NO customer service at all.
you have to email them. no phone number
the emails they send you are basically yes and no emails full of spelling mistakes with no name attached.
(thats if they even reply to your email which half the time the don't)
i know they save money this way but at least provide SOME service.

first pallet they lost for 5 weeks and then blamed everyone but themselves.

second pallet after getting a quote and paying online via paypal get told it will cost an extra $250 !! i said just refund my money..
They said
"we cant refund paypal we need your credit card to to refund you"
i said go to your paypal and click "refund" lol.
they said
"give us your credit card details so we can refund you"
ok so i gave them credit card details..
i did that a week ago
still no refund and no reply to any contact.

might have to do paypal dispute thingy.

dodgiest company ever run by a 5year old kid with no business skills.

dont believe me? just do an online search
5 pages of complaints about them just on this site alone..

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

e go legends hey 20 b rx3 you dont relise that what you said is so wrong. they actually would blame evryone one else because they dont do anything. they actualy get ever body else to do it . they do shit. he aparently hitches rides off other companies he just organises them he dont have truks or anything this is why its so cheap. i have used them hundreds of times an been really good but main thing is price most important because other companies are way to greedy making it to expensive for you to purchase some thing because you know it will be not worth buying cos of the stupid frieght price so they do make dreams come true. only thing you need to know most times you will weight 1 day longer for pick up from your house then they quote hey but genrally 60 to 250 percent cheaper than anyone else i have never had any friends dispointed with them either. friend told me about em .

i had a motor dropped off at Gladstone Qld for delivery to Wyong NSW.

Booked it all through ego...............big mistake.

Motor was scanned in on the 13th January 2012

Motor on forwarded 16th January 2012

I thought all was going great untill now, stil no motor.

Its now been 11 business days. Ihave emailed ego and they replied can you tell us what the motor looks like?

WTF?!! Becoming very anxious and frustrated with email only contact and the fact that no one seems to know
the whereabouts of the motor.

NEVER AGAIN

Im praying it will be here this week, but im not holding my breath.

Anyone know how to deal with this over the phone???????

hey snocone sorry to hear. i tried to warn everyone not to use them.
they are a subsidiary of Hunter Express couriers who set it up to be a cheap ass web based company. the closest you can get to them on the phone is by calling hunter express on 13 22 52 and dont take no for an answer.// they run out of hunter express offices and all the couriers used are hunter express.
hopefully you have more luck then me and get it soon without too many issues

yeah thanks mate, i wish i had of read that warning before i booked it in.

Today is another day so we will see what happens.

I am contacting them daily and actually had a phone call from a female rep of hunter express advising
that the skid and motor may still be in Brisbane, but could not confirm because the skid did not have
paperwork attached and they have several motors on skids without paperwork. WTF!!!

I have almost given up on the motor but i think getting paid my insurance of $1000 will be near impossible.
Im glad i paid the $40 for insurance but god knows how you claim it. :-({|= [-X ](*,)

I have used e.go a few times with no problems.

I sent a V8 to Melbourne on a pallet for $120 no problems.

Having had years of experience in the mail/freight system, the key to not losing your stuff in the abyss of transit is to put your own address labels on the item in big ass bold writing and cover it with clear packing tape so it can't be damaged.

I just use a bit of paper either printed or hand written with the name, address, ph number and even a small sender address just incase. Use the clear packing tape over the whole page (like laminating it) and stick it to the bastard.

I even do this when sending box's through the mail, I will tape the whole box up everywhere so it's 100% sealed. Helps keep everything inside the box and stops thieving bastards in the mail system. They would litrually have to cut the box open to see whats in it.

Unfortunatly when your getting sent something it's up to the other end to do a good job at labelling. Ask them to take some extra care labelling and if it is a big item ask them to put 2 or 3 address labels on incase 1 gets dammaged or lost.

Yes, a hand written label with all details was one of the intsructions i gave the sender in Qld.
From what i am told he has done exactly what was intructed by ego.
Whats gets me is it was scanned in as delivered and scanned out as loaded but then never arrives.
And then im told it may be in Brisbane????
Why the fuck did it end up in Brisbane? if thats where it is.
Its meant to go straight to Wyong NSW isnt it? Not get loaded and unloaded like a prostitute!

This same thread is in parts section as well and people are highly recommending them there ,yet in this section they are bagging the fuck out of them.I should have read this section instead before giving them the pleasure of loosing my Simmons.
E-go is no-go
I should have just driven u to Sydney to get my wheels.
The rx3 is half cut up to be tubbed but no wheels.
Fucking ego cunts[
Also why the fuck is this thread in parts wanted ,parts for sale and and in parts section with different feed.backs

I've used E-Go a heap of times. Never had any trouble. Options for depot-to-door or door-to-depot to save 25% or depot-to-depot to save 50%. Does it get any better?

E-Go is actually run by Hunter Express so there *IS* a courier company backing it, it is not simply buying/organising space with other companies.

Will use them again!
