Yeah i did do search first lol..
Recommended? Any good or bad stories?
Reason i ask is im thinking about getting them to build my new motor
I would normally have gone pac who built my last one but for the same thing i want built this time SCR is nearly half the price.. im very tempted to give it to them based on cost alone..

....and unlike the bigger Sydney and Brisbane shops he is not out to fleece your pockets. I cannot recommend Kev more highly, my car puts out well over 500hp on an engine that was put together by Mazbiz and tuned by Kev

Kev has had my mufflers on his website for several years and I found him to be an honest capable person to do business with which is a rarity in this area.

Was wondering who made these mufflers. Absolutly brilliant note from them. Well done. Best sounding muffler I've ever used on a rotor

Well, you guys must use a different aftershave than me because not only have I phoned him on may occassions, I have sent emails to his website address and I have even gone to his shop only to find nobody there and yet two of his customers cars with doors wide open were left there for any old joe to knock off! I am not joking. I am just glad neither of them belonged to me.

I am still waiting for him to finish an exhaust of mine and it has been almost two years.

If there is a secret code I need to input into his phone or something, can you tell me what it is, because I am fucked if I know how to get him to respond.

My only conclusion is he is clueless when it comes to FD's?

I have had a heap of trouble with his new 2mm corner seals,They must have come from China,Very poor
fitment over and under sized, and excessive wear on end plates with less than 11.2 hrs of engine running.I have sent Emails and left 1 message a few months ago, with no reply.

i don't post much here but his corner seals are rubbish.

I had to warrant almost 10-11 engines because of his corner seals. They all wore down and became paper thin, also trashed plates.

Have also had problems with kev's apex seals. engines rarely start of the key the first time. There is even someone in this thread who couldn't get their engine to start off the key and it was built by kev himself.

Recommend people to stay away.

Same experience here , corner seals eating housing and no consistance with size 10.95,10.94 i even had some 10.98 . Avation side seals everytime in 2 mm solids 10.95.. Maybe kev could post a reply on this ongoing issue? And listen to some feed back from customers to overcome this issue .prefer to keep my cash in oz instead of going overseas .

Kev is a great tuner , honest bloke ,more then happy to help you out with any question or info, i have used his seals for years and not once had a problem with any of them , i think half the problem is the people putting the motors together and the tune up, still this day some of the fastest rotary powerd cars in australia and overseas use and run his seals
so just my veiw of kev at south coast rotary 5 star rating
:D good work kev :!: :!:
