"Spirit of Hoedown" Flash Cruise Monday June 11

Hey Guys and Girls,
While Mo is trying to organise the date/s for real Hoedown cruise, after looking at the weather,
and seeing as Hoedown was originally always run on the June long weekend, Monday June 11
is looking pretty good for a "Spirit of Hoedown" flash cruise.

For the members who have attended previously, the only thing I am diluting from the proper Hoedown cruise route,
is meeting at the Rockbank BP Roadhouse instead of the Bunnings at Port Melbourne.

Meet BP Roadhouse - 10.30 - 11.00am
Leave from Roadhouse 11.15am (Pays to get there a bit earlier to get pics. :wink:

)
Cruise to the Merrimu Reservoir for the 30-45 min stop and yak!
Leave Merrimu around 12.30pm.
From there head to Hanging Rock. Should arrive between 1-1.30pm
Have a yak, wander around, take pics, drink a coffee.

After that, you're welcome to bail out any time you like.

If you don't want to go to Hanging Rock, then we can raid the Bakery at Woodend and then all bail from there.

Jump in someone else's Mazda, as a passenger, and come for a ride!

I'd offer a ride, but the backseat of the 626, although buckets load more room than an RX7 or a JC Cosmo,
is still a bit squishy!!!!! :lol:
